Why is the line so low? The Sooners haven&#x27;t won a game since February 6 while Oklahoma St. had nice wins over Kansas and Baylor. And during their last match-up, the Cowboys truncated the Sooners by 21. Something&#x27;s fishy with this line. I expect something around -9 to -10.
