UNC whats ur best pick for today?

I started a thread on this a little bit ago but I figure I would do well to seek your advice in your thread. I've narrowed my card down and I want to take one of theses to plays. Would you play Bradley +13.5 or Colorado +5 if you had to play one of them?

Hey Unc and all - as a numbers guy I see allot of 9 and 9.5 on the board - not a real popular line generally - however today it seems to be rampid - 4 home favorites of -9 or -9.5 -  - history on this level of line is minimal - I was surprised when I saw that the dog is 70% over last ten years at +9 or 9.5 - not 10 when the line goes to 10 the % drop to nearly 52% dog - wierd - you would think that getting to 10 would be a priority for the favorite - well take it for what it is worth - just a tool and one of many factors that I must consider.

Q - any experience with this number guys?  

UNC, That was a tough loss to Nova last night i took Lou -3 and Lou-1.5 1st half line and you talked me into taking OU +1 (2-1). Lou had that game in first half and blew it going into and during the 2nd half. Love your plays today, as I do everyday, all on my card im just waiting for the Florida line to hopefully move up to 3 on my site BOL Tonight. Lets get paid

I'm getting Maryland at +4.5 now....should this still be a play UNC?

You always seem to get amazing lines.  MARY is down to +4.5 now.  Would you still play it at this level?  GL

Illinois is 0-4 as a 7.5-9.5 favorite.  Penn St. is 1-0 as a dog between those same spreads.  Taylor Battle will have the advantage against the young inexperienced Illini guards and I think he'll exploit them enough to keep this close.  Penn St. is also a solid defensive club in the HALF COURT.  Tempo will be huge.  I haven't seen Illinois commit to the uptempo game in league play as they were trending in non-league. Bounce back game for Penn St.

I know this isn't one of your leans, but I was curious for your opinion on the VCU/Hofstra game.  The line (VCU -2) seems a little low to me.

I agree I can never get the same line UNC gets.. I wish i could because i serveral games by 1/2 to 1 point...

I've been on covers for a few years now and read your thead daily, I think that yoou are one of the best on here. I've been wagering on sports for about 20 years now and have done pretty well over the last 10 years (Havent had a losing year in the past 10), I've taken my beatings over the years but have become wiser in the last 10 or so, never really getting down too much (stopped chasing), I'll admit i've tailed you a few times and thank you for the winners, but really stick to my own picks. Ive recently just started posting here on covers and hope I can add to everyones winnings. GL and lets keep winning!!!

Hey UNC.  Going to paste my thoughts on the UK/Fla game that are in my thread.  Hope this is cool.  Seeing lots of people on UK and I like your Fla back.

Florida +?- I'm hoping this line gets bid up and I can get them at 5+.  I watched the whole Florida/Vandy game and while Florida lost they did a few things well.  They shot the ball much better and in the first half they competed inside much better.  Florida's glaring weakness to me is defending the paint.  If Kentucky is smart they'll pound it inside and attack the rim off the dribble.  The "X" factor is Macklin for Florida.  He has been lost the past several games and he must show up big if they are to compete on the inside vs. Kentucky.  He struggles against good fundamental big man who take advantage of positioning and foot work.  I think he matches up much better against UK's inside guys who rely on athleticism and instincts.  Something tells me he shows up to play against his fellow McDonalds All-Americans.  Boynton is the other key.  He chucks way too many 3's for a low % shooter.  I know he had a high school rep for strokin but it's different at this level and his shots are rushed and off balance.  He needs to play within himself.  The last comment on this game is that UK really hasn't played a real road game since the IU game on 12/12.  They've coasted at home until Georgia showed up to play the last game.  Conf road games are a completely different experience and we'll see how special these young guys are in this Gator environment.  Lastly, Erving Walker's quickness is something that may bother Wall a little bit and stop him from outright dominating like he is capable of doing.  This is a good spot to take Florida especially with 70% consensus on UK and over 90% of the action on UK thus far. This looks and smells like Tennessee.  Thoughts are welcome???

Hey Unc, I have not had much time to cap this game but did it quickly this am after looking through this thread and have it around 5 pts, how close do you have it? Line is wayyyy down now and -4 is the # I see. I have penn st as well at +4 or 5 so this is a definate play for me today as well. I appreciate your work here and look forward to your response as I decide to play mary or sit it out now that I missed the line of last night.
