Not sure what the line is doing elsewhere but I have only seen the Cuse -5.5.... Any higher I lean GTown as I think SU wins this game but I see it being close, up late, GTown hits a 3 and gets the dreaded backdoor cover with a 5-7 spread... I am a big Cuse homer but to pull the trigger on this one scares me.. A LOT.. I respect UNC's pick over mine but I want to see some line movement before I make a move

just a heads up to anyone going into this game thinking the cuse will not let the hoyas shoot the 3 ball well. in all honesty the cuse defense is the same every year with just different players. last year cuse had harris devendorf and flynn running around the top of the key "preventing the 3's". No real difference in this years D. If anything maybe a little less athletic. Flynn>Triche. Harris>Routins. Johnson>Devendorf. Last year Hoyas go 12-32 from deep shooting 38%. Cuse from deep 8-21 38%. EDGE HOYAS. In their 2nd meeting Hoyas 12-21 57%. Cuse 6-16 37%. EDGE HOYAS. Now 2 years ago 1st meeting. Hoyas 11-25 44%. Cuse 6-21 28%. EDGE HOYAS. 2nd meeting. Hoyas 8 made 3's and Cuse 7. EDGE HOYAS. Im just saying some of you are looking at this backwards. If anything when you are going against a team who is currently red hot the zone HELPS you make shots from the outside due to wide open shots. When you have the best passing big man in the country in Monroe you can play a serious in and out game and have wide open shots all game. Was leaning Cuse last night but right now im not sure. Just cant wait to go to the game
Ure going to the game tonite, nice, I didnt realize ure a hoya fan manram, should be a good game,

I just got the line at -6 and i expect it to creep up all day to 7, maybe a bit more. Im liking Cuse as well and will tail UNC on this one. As long as they make their free throws, this game should be a blowout. I think what we saw in GTown blowing out Rutgers means nothing. And they didnt even knock them out in the 2nd half or really pull away big time. Cuse at home, with the zone, pressure D on the 3s shouldnt have much trouble here. Good luck

By the way I know there are going to be some dumb threads tomorrow about how everyone is on them. Guys I dont look into that stuff anymore as religiously as I used to. Yes I watch line movements and things like that but I pick my spots and try to be careful about it. Sometime its ok to be a square. The money will even out quickly with a 1 point move. This game will be pretty split by tip. Im not worried about 70% right now. Not many people are betting games right now.
Thats the way I feel too Good job man Just like the Mich st play on Saturday it all pans out.

Am I missing somethin here? I see C of C winning straight up tonight against Western Carolina! WCU has played nobody since their win against the Cards, despite geting killed the next week against Clemson. WCU has not shown great depth since that game and we all know Louisville is not the same team this year. WCU have been awful as a fav. for the last 4-5 games. They may be undefeated at home this year but with how Charleston has been playing I see a very close game tonight. I will gladly take the 6.5 points with the better team in my opinnion

Keep up the good work UNC, with ya on Cuse tonight and great hit last night!

Going the other way regarding the GTOWN-CUSE game tonight. You touch on alot of the same things I have noticed, but Wright and Freeman have deep range to shoot over the zone, a few early 3s and I think Cuse will be forced to extend the zone. This will open up opportunites for Monroe and Vaughn to hit the offensive glass. Also, remember that Monroe is possibly the best high-post passing big man in the country. If he can find holes in that zone, he could do some damage. I'm took GTOWN +6. I have a thread with a very detailed write-up if you would like to take a look.
Best of luck tonight, Cuse win by 5 and neither of us lose

Here are the kind of numbers I like.... Furman is 8-1 SU this year when holding their opponent to less than 70 points. Samford averages 55 ppg on the road this year. BOTH TEAMS SUCK!! Samford without its head coach tonight due to a sudden seizure this weekend. He is ok and will return so there wont be no MOTIVATION factor because of his absence. FURMAN is at HOME giving 1 point!!!
FURMAN -1
Under 125
Thank me later!
