Tonight.

Cit +8 1/2 vs W.Car. 7 of their last 10 meetings have been 7 or less pts and 6 of those by 4 or less

Army +3 1/2 vs Bos. Army has won 4 of last 5 meetings played at home and Bos just 3-10 otr

Tx St +5 1/2 vs Troy. Troy is 8-4 otr,but TX St is 13-1 at home. Hopefully this is enough pts to keep it close
