11-15 vs a 12-14 teams with similar schedules giving 8.5 opening line at home????

These teams are equal in almost every metric. Minnesota should be a 5 pt fave because of their dominant home court advantage this year in the Barn. The fact they opened at 8.5, since bet down to 7.5 indicates Minnesota rolls here.

Definitely a contrarian play here and I’ve been hot on these lately. This is just an experienced play where this line doesn’t make any sense at all. I realize Minnesota gets that 3.5-5 pt automatic home court advantage, but the fact LVSC added 3.5 on top of the normal max allocation for this game indicates this will be a blowout here.

Lay the 7.5, hold your nose and don’t even watch the game. Seen this movie too many times and whenever the number is absurd between two awful teams, bet the stink and generally you’re on the right side of history. Also helps that 83 pct of the handle is on Rutgers currently.

 Hmmm i got Rutgers at +8.5 on my parlay with Houston. I guess I’ll cash that out and switch to Minny and Hou.

Just thought Rutgers would keep this one close.
