Well, I hate to play my favorite team (Virginia) after throwing down a little over $1,000 on them 3 years ago when Singletary and Reynolds took on Hansbrough Lawson Ellington and Co. I remember thinking UNC -6 against UVA... blowout... lonebehold Virginia wins with ease and shares the ACC title
Today I am considering playing a UVA game, however I just might have to be on the other side... against the big least nonetheless.
Things just don't stack up well for UVA right now. Assane Sene suspended the first 3 games by Tony Bennett for academics (although his GPA is above the required NCAA level) Jamil Tucker takes an indefinite leave of absence to deal with family issues, John Brandenburg a young talented sophomore bigman transfers after practicing 4 months with Tony Bennett. What does this amount to?
A UVA team with very minimal height taking on a South Florida team that starts 2 players over 6'9. UVA is going to have to counter with Mike Scott (one of the best "big" men in the ACC, but very undersized for his position) and Jerome Meyinesse who can't score to save his life but can play a little defense.
Virginia's saving grace is Sylven Landesberg who will be the best player in this game hands down. He is going to need help though, either Sammy Z from 3 land or Mustaffa F.
Either of UVA's bigmen get in trouble it will mean increased minutes for big time freshmen recruit Tristen Spurlock who logged all of 3 minutes in Virginia's first game.
UVA +3.5 on the road, I wonder if this is linemakers respect to Tony Bennett. UVA squeaked one out against South Florida last year at UVA. Right now I have to admit I am leaning towards South Florida.

Don't even know why I opened it. I knew what it was.
Already said in TRoe thread that I see the value inML and thats what I am on.

Yeah but you did not read that I think I am leaning AGAINST virginia. Their lack of size, and their sloppy play against Longwood makes me very nervous for tonight's game. Need Assane Sene back ASAP

I would have to look back, but as I recall, Tony B. teams traditionally do very well at the start of a season. It makes sense---methodical and efficient offense with patience.

Think there are better games on the board. This can go either way.
Don't like anything myself. Waiting to see a little more before I get into the full swing of betting. Had to give my thoughts and knowledge on this. Especially with a lot of chatter and not many knowing about suspensions, injuries, leave of absences etc. Just giving my lean
