Glad I stayed out of it this past half of the week....impressions of who is ready.....Tennessee looks like a #1 team on defense and focus.....so does Gonzaga. UNC of course has a great mix of size, savvy and rebounding accumen + offense which will serve them well to a final four I am sure
I am not doubting Kentucky but they were manhandled like they manhandled others at home....normally they are road warriors but Vols showed they are zoned in.
March is a big month for evaluating where a team is. Back in the day, the good veteran teams would duck out at Conf. tourney time and I can see a few thinking about that to preserve their senior lineup from injury......young teams like Duke and Kentucky....and to a lesser degree Virginia...need to play through to final of their tourney to round out their final form.
A big win is a big deal for me so I am elevating a lot of teams today about 5 positions or more if the win in the past week was formidable

Play #1 Notre Dame +2.5 2x ....they have played a lot of gritty games and now get to play a powderpuff. This will be a tight game and frankly, I think ML is warranted here as well. The players of ND love playing for their coach and they will have some fun knowing that the season is almost over.....I can't say the same for Pitt
I want to pull the trigger on Tenn....but gonna watch this one instead but still think they should win by 3 or more
Wake Forest +11 1x ....meaningless game for FSU before the Conference tourney begins...their spot in NCAA tourney is secured
St Bonnie -3 1x ....tough team at home and already handled St. Lou
Arizona St +1.5 3x....Arizona has not played a tough team at home in a while and I think they are way over rated this year from Vegas......AZST went into Utah on the road and won by 10!!....thats hard to do and almost beat a tough Colorado home team too....think they will be motivated for this one? Count on it and they have better talent!
Yale -2.5 2x ....too much talent to lose 3 in a row and Princeton's scoring threat at almost 19 pts per game is out
Under UNC 164 .5 2x.....I expect to see some zone from Duke to handle the offense rebounding and it will likely be a 2-1-2 or 2-3 zone that could give UNC some difficulties and they will have to hit their outside shots.....perfect time to try it before the tourney
