WEDNESDAY MONSTER BET
10 UNITS on UNC +9.5.....
.have watched too many of these to know that even with an avg UNC team, they can hang with Duke @ Duke and with a mostly veteran starting lineup who have been through this before.....and the #1 offense.....they will always be in the game because they are playing a lot of young players who will get even more nervous in key situations such as these stats for Duke rankings.....sit back and enjoy the last 3 min of a mostly tight game within 5 pts most likely

I have had UNC rated high all year and was questioned by some who will remain nameles......we will see why in this game despite UNC having a strange game at home vs the Cavaliers.
This is the same situation that Kentucky had the other night with Tennessee although they were at home.....with UNC's presence on offense and offensive rebounding .....foul trouble by Duke is likely and I predict that UNC will have a lead for decent part of this game and maybe at the end too

I have had my shaky moments when I play a lot of plays but not when I see a spot.
Good start.....I played College sports so I know the older athlete vs younger athlete dynamic. Its a big deal in a rivalry!!!

20-9 for UNC ...8 minutes into the game. Zion is hurt. I would say I am liking my chances.
More importantly, I hope people are watching and realize that Duke IS NOT THE #1 TEAM and that it will take a veteran team with talent mixed in/youth to win the whole thing.
I like Gonzaga or Kentucky right now ....maybe Tennessee if they get mean and UNC a little
Even Virginia if they find their early season form.....Nevada or Houston are sleepers no doubt....but it will take a team that is used to an intense conference or schedule to win it all

Thursday:
Feeling frisky......Gonzaga -28.5 (5 Units)....here is the logic.
San Fran is a solid team and they lost on the road to Gonzaga by 30 pts......now Pepperdine is 12-15 with a terrible road record......Gonzaga scores 100......will Pepperdine score 70? I doubt it vs the #1 team

Saturday Plays:
Have Tenn -1 but did not post.
Upcoming games:
Kentucky -7.5 3x....Auburn is not good on the road and especially vs good teams....not sure why this is so low for the #2 team in my rankings
Iowa St. -1.5 (2x)....issues at the point guard position for TCU and a 3 game losing streak will continue....they often do vs another offensive team like ISU

Value Play:
Nebraska +6 2x and 1x ML....was very high on this team. Go back and look at their first 10 games of non-conf. and they were playing the best teams across the country and doing well......got a feeling that they will bounce off of their recent funk....starting to see signs of it and Purdue is not good on the road but Nebraska is traditionally very strong at home.
This is my best hunch play for a home dog in a while.....since Kentucky vs Tennessee

Another Value Play:
Florida St. +7.5 2x and 1x ML....they are actually scorching hot and I had them rated well early and they played a lot of good teams early too in non-conf. sched....but unlike Nebraska, they were able to sustain their form for the most part except a early season Conf. blip.
I love UNC ....everyone knows that but with Cameron Johnson wonky in the middle and a great offensive rebounder....I think FSU athleticism and shooting will give the Heels fits

Ole Miss -10 1x....Georgia is terrible...what happened?
Kansas St. -9 1x ....have their lineup back with key inside players and leaders in the lineup....should win by over 10
Utah St. -3.5 1x....if any team can break the Boise home dominance over most teams at times, this team can.....really like this line if UST can walk into a better teams homecourt like Fresno's and beat them
Syracuse +5 5x.....the 2-3 zone gave Duke fits in the first matchup but having Zion being able to alley oop over it is no longer an option and if Barrett drives, they just collapse it with 2-4 guys always to bother him to the bucket....I think Cuse can wing outright with Duke's terrible outside shooting and the fact that the game is in the Carrier Dome....that makes it better because the sightlines are terrible for visiting shooters. If I am wrong on this play....oh well but frankly I was not impressed with Dukes defense of UNC after they lost Zion
Oregon St. +2....1x ... consistent.talented team vs talented but inconsistent team so I am grateful for the points
Fresno St. +13.5 2x....is this the start of Nevada's temporary slide every team seems to have throughout a season? Betting on it works to a high percentage in most instances
Kansas +5 1x.....first bet on Kansas for me in over 2 months...lets face it, Self has them playing consistently and loosely given that they took themselves out of the Final four conversations so with the pressure off, they are performing and having fun
San Diego St. -1 1x ....talented team that is peaking
Colorado +8 1x ....talented team that plays well on the road and Washington has been so so on offense this month
Playing a lot of games which is usually my downfall but there are a lot of great lines and I feel like I am 'feeling it' this week and as I am one to do as the season winds down.

Forgot....Ivy League Under play
Harvard /Yale Under 142.5 4x....bitter rivals and tend to play tight games which is Harvard's style so I expect Harvard's coach to batten down the hatches in their own end and both teams are on a weekend back to back so the rivalry and style of play should make for tight defenses
