This is what happens...followers who've been labeled winners at pph, locals,small offshore shops hit I'll st, these shops unload some cash at heavier shops and you see the screen move, it does happen..and if they are a public favorite, they move the line even further, however, the most important move is the move following the action. Is there a buy back? This move most likely from heavier syndicates who disagree with his position.  Nropp may move line off what they perceive as an efficient line.
