It's cuz the game is on the WEST COAST MORON! Now lets see do you know your geography? Would that tend to favor a San Diego St team or a Big East UCONN team.

The quick reaction most of you will have is "yeah well Jimmer torched them 3 times"... but did he really?

Lets take a look

Game 1: Jimmer 14 for 24, 43 points, no doubt about it, he went off that day and couldn't be stopped

Game 2: Jimmer 8 for 23, 25 points, sure he got his 25 points but it took him 23 shots and 34.8% from the field to do it. Not very impressive

Game 3: Jimmer 10 for 25, 30 points, again he got his points but did so on tons of shots and only 40% from the field. 

to me Jimmer is a better college player than Kemba is, and in the last 2 games he played against SDSU he shot 18 of 48 from the field. If the Aztecs can keep kemba in that same shooting range (35-40%) they have a VERY good chance of winning tonight. Aside from Kemba I just don't see U Conn having enough. 


Yeah BUT Jimmer is the ONLY player that can get the ball in the basket for them....YOU CAN'T compare BYU to UCONN PLZZZZZ!
UCONN has another player that has stepped down the stretch....Jeremy Lamb.....he can shoot and take it to hole!

conn -1.5 now   east coast lines and west coast lines  can be diff.....on west coast u can still find pem..east coast  conn -1.5 all over.

One of the two losses came in last year’s championship game, when Butler — playing just miles from its campus in Indianapolis — came within 2 points of defeating a heavily favored Duke team.

By contrast, teams traveling at least 1,000 miles to play their game are 121-174, having won just 41 percent of the time.

Another way to look at these numbers: the team playing closer to home has won 59 percent of tournament games since 2003. When one team has to travel at least 500 miles more than the other, its advantage has been 67 percent. And when one team has been at least 1,000 miles closer to home than the other, it has been 73-25, winning nearly three-quarters of the time.

why is everyone saying sd st is so favoured in rebounds? Uconn averages more offensive and defensive rebounds per game.

Uconn has beat great teams on the road already such as pitt syracuse and louisville, Im on the tonight

what I am wondering is how the total in this game is only 128? Seems to em both teams like to run and score as much as possible.

SDSU #2 in the nation in defensive efficiency. That's not me saying I don't like the over... just telling you why the total is where it is.

hmmmm, LA freeways are hardly the same as the 45 minute drive from San Diego to Anaheim. I'm betting you've never been here before or else you would know that. The Honda Center will be packed with San Diego fans no doubt about it. HEAVY advantage for SDSU in regards to the location of this game.

Uconn is the hottest team in the nation...should have went in as number one..but the line is right..pick Uconn if ur a bettor pick sdsu if u want to prove bettors wrong..

Line has now moved to SDSU -1!

I like UConn but am worried about the travel.

UConn has played a much tougher schedule. I'm not sure SDSU is as good as their record may lead you to believe. I saw SDSU against BYU and despite being a "veteran" team, they lost their poise and their defense was horrible. I'm sure they will be up for this one and will play well in front of their fans, but on a neutral court in the center of the U.S., I think UConn would be favored by 4 or 5. Uconn has a improving supporting cast around Kemba.
