18 1H free throws for Harvard to 2 for Cornell... that is slightly worrisome as it relates to the 2H. How often do you normally see a FT disparity like that in favor of the road team? How about never?

I agree.  It could definitely be 'bad'.  I usually look at these Ivy games extra carefully for that exact reason you mentioned.  Just liked the way this one set up today...gl bud
