Vegas- I didn't say that.  Hampton has had a lot of easy misses down low because Wake is playing some tough defense in the paint.  I completely agree that Hampton would be winning if the shot 35-40 in the first half...especially with 10 TO's.  Bailed Wake out.  But Wake is making it tough for Hampton down low.
Over will be tough but the pace is right and some good shooting could get it.

Not only that they are shooting 33% from the free throw line. That is just pathetic.

Wake is not much better at 40%. They should be shooting much better against an inferior team. A loss to Stetson and now struggling against Hampton. Could be a long year for the Demon Deacons.

Agreed.  It will be a rough year for Wake.  But losing 4 starters from last year and a huge chunk of the scoring...its probably to be expected.  They are young, but athletic and talented.

This would be a 3 point game if Hampton could make their fucking free throws. If there is one thing that pisses me off is teams that can't make free throws. If I was a coach and would make my team shoot 200 a day.

Yeah...especially Wake in the second half.  Hampton's zone is really forcing Wake to a lot of tough looks.

Hampton hasn't even reached 30% shooting the whole game and Wake can't hit 40%.

Overtime is my only hope of that over hitting. Not a good bet I guess. I wasn't expecting this terrible of shooting.

Wake is going to be steamrolled in ACC.  Cant believe Hampton can beat anyone.

Wake, if they find a PG, will be a great value in ACC. If they don't, yes, they could be in the basement.  But their coach is a winner, and these guys can play defense.
