I just don't understand when I read comments like this. It makes me have to ask(in all seriousness), do you watch the games? How many times have you watched usc play this year?
What in the world could you possibly see that would make you claim they are playing very solid lately.
They are straight up garbage. Undermanned, under-talented, and adverse to scoring.
Beating Colorado by 17 is solid. Going into Wash dominating the whole game only to give it away in the last minute......hurts but solid showing. Overcoming a let down spot after the Wash game going to Wash St. and pulling off the win, solid. This team has vastly improved and has been playing SOLID the last 4 games.

Question for you pac 12 guys. What kind of offense does Cal run? Are they up tempo, like run, etc. or a half court set kind of team.
If they like to run it will be extremely difficult for usc to keep pace on the scoreboard.
BTW on this.......from the handful of games I've seen from them they are very balanced. They have guys who like to run but they run a good set offense as well.

USC is awful b/c of injuries. I think they're down to 5 scholarship players IIRC. And I think they only have 8-9 guys even suited up, meaning foul problems really makes them thin.
I just wonder if Cal even cares enough to put a decent effort. I can only hope that USC leads the 1H so I can pound Cal for 2H.

true but i like venturing out of my comfort zone and usually can get a good read on a conf like pac 12 b/c i can stay objective.
still trying to pick 1 of the following:
oregon +1 , ucla -7.5, or org st -10
leaning oregon...ucla too many points, and org state is just giving me second thoughts. Wazzu may be gelling and may end up being more comfortable w/o aiden then we all think.
