Just a lean tonight. IVY Best versus IVY Worst. Chalk seems like quite a bit, but I think it holds some value. First meeting between these two teams came on a back-to-back for Harvard having just played the big game at Yale and a win by 30 points, so the close margin is not all that surprising considering they were complacent against the Brown zone. In that game, Brown took 7 more shots, made 6 more three's, and shot just as many free throws with less turnovers and still lost by 9. Now, they're hitting the road against a Harvard team coming off a loss and a team with one of the best defenses in the country that just gave up it's highest point total of the season. Should get a nice effort from Harvard defensively tonight. Might get a better effort offensively, too. Here's Amaker teams off a loss and what they've scored last couple years: 63, 76, 72, 69, 74, 83, 79, 78, 74, 88, 80, 77As for other things within the match-up, Brown's PG is questionable with a concussion and he's the main COG of the offense. So, why just the lean? For one, there is 156 games tommorow. And two, I'm not interested in checking on McGonagill's status and not sure if it will be made available. And three, Harvard welcomes in Yale again tomorrow. Also have a awkward move from Harvard -16 at Brown and only -20 here. Granted, it's the IVY League, but value is there. Still like Harvard, but not enough to push forward. Should be a rough scoring night for Brown, and a better offensive output from Harvard seeing the zone for the 2nd time. This is the same Brown team that went to Iowa and Providence, was beaten by 21 and 31 points respectively, and they only scored 49 and 54 points in None of the other IVY games interest me. Curious to see how VCU responds after the loss the other night. UNI is a team that takes tremendous pride in taking care of the basketball, and they do it well, so I don't think the pressure will cause much "havoc." Should be a good game, and VCU needs this a whole heckuva lot more than UNI. The BB game with Valpo travelling to Loyola also should be a good one, and another I'm not interested in. Valpo's going West without Van Wijk it looks like (leads team in minutes, takes most shots, best offensive rebounder, best interior defender, and currently leads the country in drawing fouls at 8.5 per 40 minutes). He's a pretty big loss for Valpo. I assume they're going to be quite a bit faster, push the pace a bit more, and just let the chips fall where they may. Might be a good spot for an over b/c of it with two decently up and down teams, but a few things prevent even a lean. One, letdown situation for Loyola after beating St. Mary's and returning home from a three game roady, and two, Valpo going across the country. Could be an ugly game. Won't be around today/tonight. Going into "study hibernation."

I am looking at Yale and trying to figure out why the line seems low. There appears to be value in that Yale is #2 in conference and Dart is DFL and winless in conference.
I am scratching my head and wanting to jump on Yale and lay the chalk.
Would love your opinion.
Thanks

I'm guessing you've got 2 or 3 computers, a 12er of canned beer, about a 1/2 gram of meth and 4 bags of Lays potato chips.
