I followed the link at the top of this thread and signed up for an account yesterday.  A representative from Bet Phoenix called me within minutes after sign up.  I asked about the $20 credit, they told me I got it. I did, and then I promptly blew it on UK hoops.  So the promo worked for me.

From two different e-mails I tried to email richard and memberservices.  I keep trying to sign up but the "404 not found" keeps appearing and no emails will go through.  Any help before the offer is over?
