Whoops, we were looking at a different travel schedule! Puerto Rico I cant concede as a negative for the team, but the Gonzo game Spokane is a haul indeed.

GL odds.  I'm on UConn as well.  Didn't post it but I ended up playing WKU due primarily to two great write ups...yours and nropp.

Went 4-0 yesterday with all straight bets and still netted a combined +68 units on the night even after 2 small losses on a 3 team parlay and 3 team 8 pt teaser. 7-0 in the past 2 days on straight bet's netting +141 units with back to back night's sweeping the board on straight bets.  I'm actually 22-10 since saturday on straight bets now netting a total of +170 units in 4 days work. As always here's yesterdays thread below...

Sat down yesterday debating weather I should take duke -22, arizona +12 and then seen ur page and seen you were on Wku, took them +7 even tho duke won by 23 -_- and ariZone lost in OT by 6/7 pts. Also took Arizona +12.... Anyways I've been thinking uconn -6 I like alot and that's your POD..  Harvard is 8-0 and playing good bball this season what advantages does Harvard have over uconn? Is this the same uconn team every1 thinks they were back 2/3 years ago?

One of the main reasons my I love reading very deep into things. If I can't formulate at least a short paragragh full of educated reasoning and angle's supporting my wager than I probably shouldn't be making that wager. BOL tonight and glad it helped you...

 

I reall try hard not to write lengthy things that don't mean much about the wager at hand...

Hey OddsBuster I agree w/ Western Mich, UConn, and I'm buying the point for WVU @ 5.5........What do you think about Uconn starting @6.5 and moving to 5.5 w/ the public on Uconn though.  Kind of worries me.

Tonight the world will be introduced to Ryan Boatright. Uconn already has we as fans are next on that list. I think this game tonight as been set by the books with an understanding yet to still be unkown in relation to Ryan Boatright. If this kid continue's his stellar play from the past 2 games (his 1st 2 college games of his career), they should steam roll Harvard just like they did last season. We are getting a good number because of Harvard's recent success...

Don't let the consensus fool you as their are plenty of recreational bettors placing heavy wagers on this Harvard team tonight. It's a much more even game then you think at the ticket window's...

Excellent...Enjoy those kids I myself am about to swing by and pick up my kids. They just had their Christmas play yesterday and I was one proud Dad of 2 boy's (Age's 4 and 5)...

Buying point's in basketball and laying much higher vig's because of that is a long term losing betting style. That said I do know a couple of larger and successfull sports bettors laying the -230 with the Huskie's tonight. And I have to say that I can't blame them. If you have the dough and can afford the wager sometime's laying heavy juice on the ML for a team just to win can make lot's of sense. Just remember not to fall in love with doing it on a regular basis though...

Detroit make's me want to . They better score lots in transition if they want to cover this number.I am kind of leaning towards over the 143 in that game with Detroit's style of play and WMU's lack of defense.

man odds lol u just made me about detroit if wmu has some nasty D then it should be a cake walk for detroit...... 73% on detroit all the top favorites came through yesterday can it happen again?

This is a very rare ML bet from me but even at the heavy juiced price I like it to hold some value at home. I thought long and hard about Uconn in the 1st half but I like Uconn to win even if they are down or up at the close of the 1st half...
