Question

Took Friday night off after two poor days in a row. I am looking through things for Saturday now, and have a found a play or two right off of the bat that I really like.

First play:

Cleveland St -2 -120
I have Cleveland St winning this one by 8 points and despite the fact that they have lost 3 in a row and Drexel has won several games in a row, I think this is with good reason. When you looking at the two teams, their records are fairly even (in fact Drexel has two less losses). However, despite this fact and the fact that Cleveland St has lost three straight, they still have a better RPI. This is due to the fact that Drexel has one of the worst SOS in college basketball with an SOS of 280. Sure, Drexel has been able to handle the weaker teams in their conference, but I just think they struggle against a good Horizon team.

what you think about Georgetwon -7 @ Providence, Marquette +2 @ UConn, ND -1.5 @ Nova, FSU +2.5 @ NC St and UCLA -4 @ St Johns?

I think GTown keeps up the pace and rolls Providence...just havent liked them all season.

UConn is always up and down but then again so is marquette. if they play their ball i see them winning.

NC St getting a lot of love after that game. worried they may be down from attempting to hold it off.

and UCLA traveling to St johns.... 3hr time zone difference worries me as its an early ass game.

jshep-So far I have looked at two of those games.  I actually think NC State has a very good shot at beating FSU.  With the number down to -1.5, a win is most likely a cover.  I agree that their is a possibility for a letdown, but on the flip side, FSU could be worn out after expending a lot of energy to make that comeback in their last game.  I haven&#x27;t decided if I will play it yet, but I will either be on NCSU or nothing.As it relates to Conn/Marq, I would lean towards Conn.  But, with that said, I won&#x27;t be playing this one as I don&#x27;t like it either way.

damn... opposite sides on both of those games. but I see the input on your side for both of those. already got a minor play on fsu throw into just a shits-and-giggles parlay. will look more into the conn/marq game and see if its worth one way or another. BOL on the other games

jshep-I also kind of like St. John&#x27;s.  They are bad, but UCLA isn&#x27;t exactly great and it is basically a 10a start for them.

yea that is what I was thinking...its across the country and the time zone difference may have them in lagging galore. might play the Under possibly. StJ hasnt been the same at home this year but UCLA isnt really a stud away either

Adding:Michigan &#x2B;6 -120Michigan has been outstanding at home this year with a 14-0 record.  Not sure that they will pull out the win here against the Buckeyes, but I do like them to keep it close with this one being a one bucket possession either way.

Adding:UK/Miss u135 -120This should be a game where UK puts Mississippi away early and likely starts getting bored towards the end.  I see this one playing between 125-130.

Adding:St. Mary&#x27;s &#x2B;2 -110This is a game in my opinion where perception and reality are different.  The perception is that Murray State is a really good team with only one loss.  Granted, it is tough to only lose once this far into the season regardless of who you play.  But, I just think this St. Mary&#x27;s team is going to get the job done here coming off of a tough loss earlier in the week against Loyola.

Final plays for today:St. John&#x27;s &#x2B;5 -110New Mexico ML -190San Diego St ML -175I went ML on the last two because I give both teams a 90% chance of winning.  Decided to take points out of it as I feel fairly confident that I will win both (although obviously nothing is a lock).
