This is not directed at you Odds,just a general observation I have had over the few years I been doing this.

I have noticed this is how they get the guys that study,the average guy doesn't bet these teams,doesn't even cross his mind,

someone who looks into the numbers on the other hand,looks into it sees all signs pointing to one team and doesn't consider maybe it is a trap,because the guy who studies thinks he is smart he won't consider that it might be a trick,

sometimes betting the dog is the square play,take it from someone who knows

here is what I wrote to a friend about this game this morning

NC A&T,,they have experience,size advantage and have lost twice to this opponent,,
 
they are not at home,so it might be tight but why would a team be laying 7 to a team that has beaten them twice
 
it is possible that it is a setup line,in the sense that noboby knows these teams so the guys who study might think they have an advantage and the linemaker makes em pay for it
 
power rating says 60.84 to 57.08 so they should only be -3-

I can see traps as well after the game is done so don't be offended when I say that it would have been nice to know before the game started also I took a shot at the numbers staying true and I lost it most likely will happen again. BOL but next time get the info to me a littel quicker.

South Florida +7 for 10 units... I want the points in this contest this morning as I don't see either team taking over this game to be honest. If anything I think Dominique Jones  can take over this game before Georgetown does as a team. When I say that I mean Jones should keep this game close and I don't see either team winnng by 5 or more points. I'm taking a shot here on teh early game so tread lightly even though i'm hot right now. BOL...

Adding:

Houston / East Carolina  under 151.5 for 50 units... Liking this play today in the early action alot these 2 teams met earlier this season and only total 129pts. And with the way that Houston runs all it's offense through one player in Aubrey Coleman it makes them very predictable. The under is 9-1 in ECAR last 10 neutral site games and the under is  7-1-1 in HOU last 9 games as a favorite. Very strong play on the under in today's game between the Cougars and the Pirates...

Im really torn on the Marquette/St Jonhnies game my first gut was to take Marquette here but it looks a little too easy and the Red Storm could play another tough game you never know. Leaning on Marquette right now i will come back to this game.

Houston 2nd half -4.5 (-105) for 25 units... ECU shooting 58% and down 13pts right now i think they should fall hard in the 2nd half....

Adding:

Wyoming ML -120 for 50 units... Then under in this game looks the the easy play but IMO not the correct play. The only reason I can find to back the under is that Air Force is good at dragging teams into a low scoring affair based on their ppg average. In the last 16 games AF has played they haved only avergaed 50ppg and in Wyoming's last 10 games they have avergaed 60ppg. I think that AF should come up on the short end point wise and they should lose todays game based alone on their lack of scoring effort game in and out. These 2 teams split the series this season and that one win against Wyoming at Air Force's home court was the only win all season in the conference. Very strong play on Wyoming today to win this game...

I do lean the under in this game as well but just feel that it is to low for a play...
