When I was in college, I watched J. Mashburn and Travis Ford play horse in a shoot-around at the final four in New Orleans. Ford was hitting from every part of the half-court in including a shot from the front row. He hit 15 3s in a row from the same spot WHILE he was talking to a teammate.
 
Mash beat him though with a dunk.

If you are going to any discussion about the best shooter in College Basketball, Purdue's Rick Mount light it up with anyone.
