Ive been following him all year on plays ive liked of his and ive im up quite a bit. So, quit being a friggin goon! Who cares if he is down. Its his money. From every thing ive seen hes pretty spot on with his arithmetic. Most important is being good with your own. Hes never come across as trying to be a know it all or winning every day. He posts his picks and you take them for what they are. Not sure what your dipsh1t act has against him. There are many guys on here who post different posts every day and say how hot they are and they are 11-1 in last 12 bets when they are closer to 1-11. Never seen this from pederson. Im not on your side. Quit being a f$cking douche!!

other than at home, their FG% is 38%, FT% about 61% and 25% from 3's, the Gaels, not a great team but they are better in every stat above.  granted +9 at home is great and now the line dropped to 7.5.  I know there is more to capping other than stats, but kempon has them at 252 and Iona at 101.

first, not at home, in vegas...

second, i rely on kenpom and my eyes. my eyes have seen iona 3 times this year...i am not impressed, no style, no substance, not deep, and they just run and throw up 3's, definitely not Tim Clues' best work as a coach..and i don't particularly like their guards...I've only seen UCSB 1x but their record is certainly not indicative of anything considering they've played the 10 hardest SoS.

regarding kenpom, i put the spread on a neutral at  iona -12.5....so that obviously does not support my play....BUT because it's on the west coast, UCSB has had 6 days off to prep for this tourney, it's in a ballroom (at the south point hotel and usually 3-ball shooting teams struggle in non-gym settings), and b/c my eyes tell me not iona, i am putting a small bet on UCSB...remember $200 for me is the smallest i will play...so take it with a grain of salt. 

please understand, I'm not questioning you, just trying g to see why, I valued this play the other way. and when I said home, I understand it's not a home game, but it's more of a road game for Iona.  I also instant they played a harder schedule, but they have been blown out in these games, so not sure that matters, other then they see this is a chance for a win, where the others have not been. 

I have been looking at this game for some time and see value, but wanted to see why we were on different sides.

I also noticed, the line opened at 10.5, now down to 7.5 and 77% of public on the Gaels, so that shoukd tell me something too, but I'm stubborn.

so covers only has people post that are losers?  i imagine like yourself? a big loser that doesnt believe any one wins?  sounds realistic.........smh.....i know several people that post on covers that win, win regularly, and bet larger than me....not that uncommon actually...

$200-$400 tiny/smallest.... most bets probably in this range

$400-$800 medium..... 6-10/week maybe

$800-$2000 larger.....couple a week maybe, $800 one yesterday

$2k-$5k largest....a couple a month maybe...

$5k+ rare.....couple a season..rare because I have to spread across a couple books....local books have limits of 1k, 2k, and 5k respectively...offshore obviously much higher limits

all good, i don't take it as questioning....this is a discussion/informational forum, this type of thing is welcomed....thanks for the input....as i pointed out, it's easy to make a case for Iona....and i even have them favored by 12 based on the way i normally do #'s, HOWEVER they do NOT pass my eye test and that is my main way to cap AND also it's a small #, be it -7.5, to lay against a 1-7 team.... g'luck

they gotta do it to cover the ends of the ballroom b/c there are usually entrances/doors for the fans teams...they don't want disruptions during play obviously....yes, very unorthodox, not ideal....but it is what it is...low ceiling too
