This 2026 season, I am looking at teams with at least 6 or more full days of rest advantage, up to 9 full days. 9 is the most days of rest advantage any CFL team will have over its opponent, in 2026. 21 weeks total.
The first 7 weeks of the 2026 season will have 5 games with 6 or more days of rest advantage over their opponent.
The home teams will hold, the rest advantage, over the visiting teams for all 5 games.
Week 3 : TOR@OTT = 7/13 so 6 days of rest advantage for OTT. MTL@EDM = 7/13 so 6 days of rest advantage for EDM. SSK@CGY = 6/14 so 8 days of rest advantage for EDM.
Week 4 : EDM@WPG = 4/13 so 9 days of rest advantage for WPG.
Week 5 : WPG@HAM = 9/15 so 6 days of rest advantage for HAM.
Only 6 games qualify for weeks 8 thru 14. 6 games qualify for weeks 15 thru 21.

6 day advantage : 5 games total. Week 3 (2), Week 5 (1), Week 12 (1), Week 19 (1).
7 day advantage : 5 games total. Week 9 (1), Week 10 (1), Week 17 (1), Week 18 (1), Week 21 (1).
8 day advantage : 5 games total. Week 3 (1), Week 11 (1), Week 14, (1), Week 15 (1), Week 20 (1).
9 day advantage : 2 games total. Week 4 (1), Week 13, (1).
