Last week was great going 12-19 for +5.688 units. And I know the plays like the double result ties aren't for everyone but I'm sticking with them. In week 3 if BC had hit the FG at the half instead of blowing the hold I woulda hit a play of BC/EDM FH tie to BC (game) ML at +2500 risking 0.05 units. I was pissed that it lost on a goofy play like that. But the football powers shined on me in week two as the LIONS and ESKS tied 10-10 at the half and with BC eventually winning I pulled in +1.25 units on the same tiny lil 0.05 unit risk.
Alright enough about last week...well kinda. Lsat week I said this weeks card looks tricky and I still believe that,especially tonights game. But after what I've seen through the first month I believe the play today is the under,with some plays on the ESKIES mixed in. The AL's look like they have completely given up on their head coach. They aren't playing with heart or passion and they continue to take foolish penalties over and over with zero discipline or fear of reprisal from their staff.
Now they have more than enough talent with AC behind centre and at least 3 top shelf receivers in Richardson,Green Bruce and London. As well as a few good backs. But I just can't back this team right now especially with the worst pro coach I can remember in years,Dan "I love to eat CA" HAWKINS. He is a complete fool and it seems the AL's players tend to agree with me. I have never put a coaches futility into my capping as much as I have the past couple weeks,but I will again with this goof cuz it seems to be working. And I'm not big on conspiracies in sports but reading between the lines and the tone of voice in some players voices in interviews. I would not be at all surprised to see this team lay another sideways dump on the field again just to make sure this clown gets the hoof tomorrow.
On the other side of the ball is an ESKS team thats pretty much what I expected when I said pre-season and several times since that they'd finish last in the league. However at this point at least they're playing with heart. And have stayed in the game two weeks in a row to a very solid all around BC team that plays well in every aspect of the game.
So for tonight I'm not gonna overthink things too much and go with the UNDER as the anchor and mix in some money on the ESKS too.
