Regarding Cloudbet. Very easy to deposit and difficult to withdraw with superhigh fees. Lines always move away from you like they see you're betting one thing, so they move it 5-10 cents against you. Customer service terrible.

Cloudbet doesn't accept US players, which is a big percentage of the market.

Check out Bovada because it has quoted prices higher than average, low minimal betting and regular campaigns with awarding bonuses and free bets. Judging by feedbacks, it is considered as a trusted brand. Probably, Cloudbet is one of the best bitcoin sportsbooks with high bet limits and unlimited transfers providing a large range of casino and sports games. So I’d recommend both of them.

Fairlay has Pinnacle like odds, but you have to get used to the Exchange-like layout.

Bitcoin Rush has a better layout and also Pinnacle odds, but they are not accepting U.S. players at this time.

I don't know about bitcoin books but if you are into it, best way to capitalize is using cloudbet's 5 bitcoin bonus along with bettingresource's 3 compounding money management strategy. You can read the strategy here https://bettingresource.com/sports-betting-money-management.html

Cloud bets allows 100% deposit bonus for max of 5 deposits. Thats if you deposit 5 bitcoins, they give you 5 bitcoin as bonus. But the bonus gets released in increments based on the rollover. cloudbet sucks on withdrawal. easy to deposit.  24 hours to withdraw. its good but when you withdraw you need a 24 hours patience. payment team sucks

I'm currently a fan of sites that use DAI which is a cryptocurrency which tracks the USD. So the price always stays at $1.

Bitcoin volatility just adds another layer of risk which I'm not keen of.
