F1 Mexican Grand Prix post-qualifying picks
F1 Mexican Grand Prix Prediction: Lando Norris to win
(+225 at bet365)
Lando Norris hasn’t won since going back-to-back in the British Grand Prix and Hungarian Grand Prix, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been racing well. Norris finished second at last week’s United States Grand Prix, the third time in four races he’s found the podium.
He’s hard to overcome when sitting in the pole position: he’s grabbed it four times this season and gone on to victory three times.
Norris has also been fast on the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez track, finishing second last year. With plenty at stake, he should guide his McLaren to a checkered flag.
F1 Mexican Grand Prix prop pick: Max Verstappen to record a podium finish
(-188 at bet365)
Max Verstappen is just driving so well, and his Red Bull ride might even be the best car on the circuit currently — even over the McLaren.
You could make the case that Piastri’s desperation is worth a +450 wager, but he’s got a ton of ground to make up. Stick with Verstappen to make a move in Mexico City.
This is also a fade of Ferrari, who haven’t exactly been lighting it up this season.
Charles Leclerc has been the better of the pair, with six podium finishes. However, his third-place finish last week in Austin marked his first podium in the last five races.
Lewis Hamilton, meanwhile, hasn’t even touched the podium this season, matching his season-best fourth at the US Grand Prix.

Understanding F1 betting odds
The most popular way to bet on Formula 1 odds is by simply picking the winner of a particular race. Other popular F1 betting options include which car/constructor will win and whether or not a particular race car driver will end up on the podium with a Top-3 finish.
F1 race odds usually look like this:
- Charles Leclerc +400
This means that on a $100 bet, you'll stand to profit $400 if Leclerc wins that particular race. If one driver is especially dominant, you might see a minus sign (-) ahead of that driver's odds like this:
- Max Verstappen -120
This means that you would need to bet $120 to win $100 on Verstappen winning the race.
