How the DraftKings Promo Code Offer Works
The DraftKings promo code offer is available to new customers in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR, TN, VA, VT, WY and WV. No DraftKings promo code is required to unlock the bonus. Customers simply need to deposit at least $5 and place a qualifying wager of at least $5 on any sports betting market.
Your NFL Week 1 wager counts as day 1 of the offer. Whether that first bet wins or loses, you qualify for the full $150 in bonus bets, which arrive in six $25 increments. Two $25 bonus bets are issued after your first wager, followed by two more every seven days for 14 days through a click-to-claim process.
For example, if you bet $5 on the Eagles-Jaguars game and your wager wins, you collect your winnings and still receive the bonus bets. If that wager loses, you still receive two $25 bonus bets right away, with the remaining four arriving over the next two weeks.
Key terms to keep in mind:
- Minimum $5 deposit and $5 qualifying wager are required.
- Bonus bets are issued in six $25 increments over 14 days.
- Each bonus bet expires seven days from issuance.
- The stake is not included in any winnings derived from bonus bets.
- The offer is available to new customers only.

DraftKings takes a strong stance on responsible gaming, offering several tools designed to help bettors stay within their means. These include weekly deposit and betting limits, as well as a self-exclusion option.
DraftKings has also expanded its responsible gaming resources with DK Safer Play, which allows bettors to track and interact with their account activity to better understand their betting habits. The operator also launched My Budget Builder, a tool that allows bettors to set customized limits and reminders to manage spending across its online betting products. The feature is part of DraftKings' broader effort to give users more control over their betting activity and promote responsible play.
