They seem to play it close.... and usc's ATS this year isn't.... all that great. I think they used all their juice on cal and will come out flat here again.

Maybe I can help you! Last year the UTES had a decent QB in Jordan Wynn. What happened was the QB kept re-injuring his shoulder from last season onto this season. In the beginning of this season J. Wynn took a hard hitting sack that re-injured the same shoulder he already had been having problems with. Soon after the injury the QB announced his retirement from the game of football as a player. As of now he still stands on the sidelines of every UTES football game in a sling as the QB coach.

USC - 30                                           Utah - 17

Utes +14.5                                    under 48

The oddsmakers o/u line is basically dictating the score in this one. After giving up 37 to the sun devils, I expect the Ute defense to keep them in this one at home. Plus Kiffin giving Whittingham dd points on the road seems dangerous to me.

Hawaii versus USC was at USC, then to Syracuse where they did not impress and loss to Stanford who got beat by UW, I think it was.  I do know this, last year I was in LV on a Fri. nite and USC and Lane K. Killed Colorado.  They even went for it late in the game to run out the clock to ensure the cover.  Do not like USC but I think they win.

Public is on USC giving 14 on the road in a Thursday night game. All signs point to Utah +14.5.

If this game was played sat I would not touch it, I always put something on the Thursday game.  Gut feel is this game gets out of hand early and slowing scores in the second half.  Utah doesn’t look like a team that competes with USC.  Had BYU pulled Nelson earlier in the season Utah would be 1-3 and not have a win over a D1 school.

The only way i see this being played is Utah hangs by a hair and gets the the cover (by .5) or gets a backdoor cover. 

Under is also a small play as I see utah trying for ball control and running more with their freshy.

I hate taking a fave (especially a 2-TD fave) on the road.  And I really hate siding with the public.  But my gut says USC rolls in this one.  And I never argue with my big, fat gut.

I follow USC a lot but they have a nut job coach and the Utah coach will play the slow down game as usual. Utah,BYU,SMU Hawaii be careful playing on these teams they play not to lose and not to win.I hate teams like that.

spahnie i think you have good angle on the halftime. Utah might take a while to figure out how to get past the USC D. USC scores early in most games. will follow the half bet, gl to all

This is a gmae that hinges on 1 PLAYER. Thats Pac football. Lately, Matt Barkley has not impressed anyone. Take the points. Utah +12.5. Put any extra money on the moneyline. You may just get lucky tonight.
