Central Africa +8,5 points handicap
Looks very solid on paper, both teams have played very well in defense so far. Both have 2-0 record and trashed their opponents in previous 2 matches. These teams last played 2 years ago in H2H and then Tunisia won by 1 point only. So I expect this match to be much closer than bookies think.
Central Africa +8,5 is my call.
