Jeff the hat system

Does anyone know the system well enough to explain the procedures? I saw yesterday that he is no longer here, so he must have been doing something right. I am curious as to what exactly that was?

he has no system as too picking games he just posted plays and said to chase with that team or teams

it finally blew up in his face as covers lines man said he will go back and say back tested two more years on top of his 5 years to show more wins.

BUT all chase systems are to be dismisssed because they do not use money management because you have double up after a loss.

History proves that doubling up or chasing your losses will only get you in more trouble with a local mobster bookie than you ever want to know!
