Obama-Romney pre and post 1st debate line movement

So about a week or so beffore tge first debate obama line shoots up from -200 to around -450 , does abyone think this was done on purpose to get the sheep to line up on romney at +350 - +400 knowing that romney would win the 1st debate ? I mean if we look at it as gamblers wouldnt u say the public is pounding romney now that it has dropped down tonight ? thoughts + comments ?
