Florida favored to win NCAA tourney at 9/2

We take a look at the updated odds on who will win the Big Dance as teams prepare for conference tournaments this weekend.

No. 1 ranked Florida is still the favorite to win the tournament at 9/2, but Big 12 regular season champions Kansas are not too far behind at 6/1. Arizona is next at 7/1, followed by Duke and Michigian State at 8/1 apiece. The 34-0 Wichita State Shockers are listed at 10/1.
