For as good as Trey Lance has been for Los Angeles, the Chargers haven’t had to lean on him to carry the load. Kicker Cameron Dicker is 7-of-8 on field goals and 6-of-6 on extra points, and he leads all players in total preseason points with 27. Los Angeles’ special teams also got a punt return TD, and the team’s defense has done a great job of limiting opposing offenses. The Chargers’ performance in all three phases of the game has been superior to the San Francisco 49ers in the preseason, and I’ll take them to cover this small spread.
