LA vs WAS Picks
WNBA PicksLos Angeles has won three of its last four, and culminating in a 99-80 blowout victory against the Washington Mystics on July 15. In that game, the Sparks overwhelmed the Mystics with their variety of offensive weapons. Dearica Hamby, Rickea Jackson and Kelsey Plum each went for 20+ points, as Los Angeles proved to be the more physical team, especially in the frontcourt. The Sparks are averaging 87.1 ppg over their last eight games, and Washington – which holds the second-lowest offensive rating in the WNBA at 92.5 – will struggle to keep up with their offensive output yet again tonight. This will be closer than last week’s game, but I’m taking Los Angeles to pick up the win.

Kelsey Plum did not deliver in Friday's 3-point contest, but she had been humming in actual games before that, clearing this prop in four straight games despite three of them being against some of the best 3-point defenses in the WNBA, including the Mystics. Washington gives up looks from deep, but usually bad looks. To Plum, there is no such thing as a bad look.
