Wichita State will try to continue its road success when it visits former Missouri Valley Conference rival Tulsa on Saturday. The No. 5 Shockers have the nation's longest road winning streak at 10 straight and an undefeated start in their new home in the American Athletic Conference.

"I think these guys enjoy going on the road and they enjoy the energy in the arena at the beginning of a game," Shockers coach Gregg Marshall told The Wichita Eagle. "They've done it so long and so well. Sometimes we play better on the road." The Shockers have won their four road games this season by an average of 16 points, holding opponents to 39 percent shooting. Tulsa won its last home game against Wichita State, beating the then-No. 9 Shockers 77-67 in 2015. Sophomore forward Martins Igbanu is coming on strong for the Golden Hurricane, averaging 15.6 points and 7.0 rebounds in league play.
