I’m trusting OKC to rebound offensively after a disastrous Game 4 performance. The Thunder still entered that matchup as the highest-scoring team in the playoffs with the best offensive rating, and elite teams typically respond well on their home floor. The low final score last game was a little deceptive too, considering it was played at the fastest pace of the series. OKC is averaging 118.3 PPG at home this postseason and has topped 110.5 points in 10 of 12 playoff games.
If San Antonio is going to steal another game in OKC, Wembanyama will be at the heart of that upset. He was much quieter on the boards the past two contests but with the Spurs’ defensive schemes trying to keep him in the paint, he’ll be in prime position for blocks and rebounds in Game 5.
