I have been trading binary options for a while now and find it much more profitable than betting on sports. The main reason for that is a predictability level. In sports some events are ending in results that we call surprising or dramatic outcomes and have nothing to do with a real strength of the teams. Well, trading in assets is not depending on a sudden miss or a bad performance of a player, or a bad call from a referee. It does not have a "bias" factor we so often suspect.

For those who do not know what trading in binary options means - here's a little preface:
Binary option is also known as a digital option is an option where the trader has to decide if whether the value of an asset will go up or down over the set period of time.
For an example: if the trader presumes that the value of Gold will increase in a given period of time (60 seconds, Half an Hour, 1 Hr, 24 Hrs etc) - and is correct - he/she will win a fixed payout. However - If the value of gold will decrease - he/she will lose the invested amount or most of it - depending on a trading platform he/she is using.

Of course I have my favorites, but generally I take advantage of all attractive opportunities same as in sports and also have ways to categorize it by the days of the week. But at the end of the road it is much simpler.

I am with optionrally. From all perspctives - easy deposits and fast withdrawals/cashouts, fat bonuses and the most important - they teach you with an academy how and what to do and follow you with a consultant until you get to understand by yourself what and how to do. I know people there and that makes it easier like that iPad thing with that dude. Go with them - you won't go wrong. You want to have personalised treatment from them - pm me

I agree with you that optionrally are the fastest withdrawals. They're solid. I learned a lot from their academy and suggest people see it too

    https://www.optionrally.com/video-tutorials

After that the sky is the limit. Started with 5. Two weeks and I had two withdrawals. But can't wait for your input signal wise Mavin.

Ok. I'll continue on an input about trading the binary options.

Trading itself is easy. Once you have your account approved and you have completed an initial deposit and received a bonus (talk to me so I can apply a pressure to get you bigger bonuses than usually offered), you go to a trading platform, select the asset you like to trade, expiry time whether the value will go up (Call option) or down (Put option), and enter the amount you want to invest. You're controlling your investment at every stage  and seeing the status if it is up or down at any time of the trading duration. At the expiry time - the set payout is immediately automatically added to your account if you traded successfully - and that "if you traded successfully" will depend on how well and consistently you follow advises from me, or from a company consultants. But at the end of the road - I would want you to be able to use all the trading tools and strategies available as we started to acquire them in sports. Same here. It is not done in one day - but once you get started and stay disciplined and do not throw money just because your neighbour thinks that the prices of oil are going up or google stocks are about to crash - and you will only follow experienced people advising you in the beginning - you are going to be A ok. I've already seen with few people here that as long as they stay humble and after winning few thousand dollars in a short period of time - they do not think they know it all - they will stay and are on a winning side big time. So far few of you that did that - not only never had to deposit - but also withdrew few times. And that is a success. A success. And I feel proud from being a part of it

I will just answer the question I am being repeatedly asked in PMs. In a traditional trading - you'd get stocks, pay commission etc and it had to really gain a lot to see the profit. And that in good case would be 10% 15% to call it a successful trade. While trading in binary options - that is different - it does not matter how much the asset gained or lost in value. If it goes in the direction you chose - you win the fixed amount which is mostly 78% on top of your investment.

Why the 78%'s? I'm not getting that!

I used to work as a stock trader but this binary options it's more gambling than betting the nba! Can you elaborate a little more about this? If I keep reading the website I'll eventually lose interest bcs it all seems the same to me (forex trading rooms in Paraguay etc etc).

Please don't be offend by my remarks but take a look at these FAQ (see below). Wtf do I want to ask that?? LOL. What I want to know is: Were is this legalized? Who keeps the money (Bank behind optionrally)? Why the 78% and not 50 or 100 or 10%? Can I use stop losses? Does this works like 5 minutes financial bets as seen at Bet365, Partybets, etc..?

    FAQ
    • What is a binary option?
    • What is an underlying asset?
    • What is the maximum investment amount?
    • What is an expiry time?
    • Binary Options vs Traditional options
    • Rate Colors of the OptionRally Trading Platform
    • What is the Time displayed on the OptionRally’s Trading Platform?
    • Where can I view the precise trading hours of each asset type?
    • Where can I view my transaction History?

2Spreadkiller - your being a stock trader has nothing to do with binary options trading as those are absolutely different things.
If you'd take time and read some of what I already wrote above - it would make it easier for you. I already explained what are the binary options. So read it and I will gradually answer all of your questions.

A Binary Option is a type of option where the payoff is all or nothing. Because of this characteristic, Binary Options can be easier to understand and trade than traditional options.
Binary Options are cash-settled as European-style options, meaning they can only be exercised on the expiration date. If, at expiration, the options settle in-the-money, the buyer or seller of the options receives a pre-specified dollar amount. Similarly, if the options settle out-of-the-money, the buyer or seller of the options receives nothing. This provides a known upside (gain) or downside (loss) risk assessment. Unlike traditional options, Binary Options provide full payout due to a single pip movement.
Despite the term "all or nothing", depending on the actual trading platform, "nothing" can actually mean "something" (in optionrally). This means that at expiration time the owner of the option may actually get a certain payout amount, even if the option expired "out of the money".
Very often you may encounter binary options under another name. In forex exchange market Binary Options are known under the name of digital options.
Traditional trading is much more riskier than the binary options because in traditional trading you have no limits set and you can lose all your stock velue a or degrade to the level that it can be considered lost. In binary options you know from the beginning your risk and it is set.
It is simple and profitable and have been for me very much and for those members from here who already are rolling with me for couple of weeks.

Why 78%? Because the rest is earned by optionrally. Not every company trades with you. Most trade against you and pretend they actually are engaged on your side. Like local bookies - they play against you. But likes of bet365 and pinnaclesports in sports and othe restablished books live off the juice. So is optionrally. They actually are very eager for you to win because they make their juiice with you. With all the platform and expenses they have - they are still managing very well because of that. They are looking at long term success rather than short one.

tony montana - you're just complicating the things. its much simpler than all what you wrote. i opened an account, got fat bonus (thanks to mentioning mavin and him confirming it - he's treated there like a king and his name has an immediate affect - you;ll see it), got advises from account manager as to how and when and signals from mavin on pms. you learn as it goes and for us sports gamblers it is like heaven - no fixed games, no stupid missed shots and no point 3 pointers at the end to ruin the under

About the regulation: On May 3, 2012, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced a policy change regarding the classification of binary options as financial instruments. The effect is that binary options platforms operating in Cyprus (where many of the platforms are based) will have to be CySEC regulated within six months of the date of the announcement. CySEC is the first EU and MiFID-member regulator to treat binary options as financial instruments.
One of the reasons I chose optionrally was the fact that they made the move to be regulated immediately with an announcement moving their operation to Cyprus from Switzerland and in those days most of the company is relocated to Cyprus.
But I don't want to deviate from the main purpose of this thread which is acquiring the right tools to trade and and actually starting to trade and earning. So, I'll continue to focus on it and use the weekend for it.

thx for the replies Mavin! Sry for being a pain in....

    But just one more question:

When we lose (the option goes in the different direction that we choose) does that means someone else matched our trade and they win (much like an exchange)? If not who wins our money?

Since most of the comments and correspondence related to this thread are conducted through PM's (I never had so many PMs on Covers) - I will answer a general answer as I just answered to one of the thread members.

"Sport is more for fun at the end of the day and although money can be made with patience and the nerves of steel - there is no comparison with binary trading as this is the venue that people with our experience from sports can do very well in. Imagine if in sports all the times the stronger teams would be beating the weaker ones".
