So have any of you Hardcore Jets fans bet on them to Win the Superbowl?

On December 23rd I threw $10 on each of these teams figuring that one of them should sqeak into the playoffs

Steelers +6500

Titans +12500

Dolphins +15000

Jets +25000

Anyone else make any future plays on their Jets? I don't expect them to get too far, but the price seemed worth it.

You can't make money off of these bets unless they go somewhere. But they were hard to pass up on, because you just never know.

Titans were eliminated when they lost Christmas night.  Of those others, Jets are only ones who will get in, I think they could beat Bengals in first round, but no way could rookie QB and coach then beat both Chargers & Colts on the road and then the NFC champ.  Why not look at a moderate long shot like the Eagles or Cardinals or Cowboys?  Saints and Vikes look very vulnerable to me.  In AFC, it will be Colts or Chargers for sure.  But good luck to you with those futures bets.

I just wanted to get some action on one of these underdog teams, just incase. I had some extra money to burn at the time, and $40 isn't going to break my account.

Pittsburgh is the only team on that list that I was really hoping would get through because they could possibly beat anyone at any time.

Funny you started this thread.  I was shooting the bull with my Grandpa today(old coot loves football), and he asked me who I thought would take the AFC.  Before I knew it, I went on and on about NE, Indy, SD, and Cincinnati's shortcomings and how all of the "powerhouses" can be exploited and how I truly believe there isn't an untouchable team in entire NFL.  After yapping for awhile, I pretty much came up with the Jets.  Them or Pitt.  Assuming either of them even make the playoffs.

Not that I think they are going to go anywhere, but The Jets are currently 40-1 to win the Superbowl now.

250-1 seemed kind of silly considering that most pople knew that the Colts and Bengals would more than likely lay down for them.

I am thinking about possibly playing the Cards at 20-1 for like $50

Bet on Cincy??? Sure,,,,, I like betting against the #1 defense and running attacks   I know Cincy wasn't in it, ,that their defense is a lot better   their back didn't play  BUT not many teams beat up on the jets D  and I figure they win by a field goal
