when are blk ppl gonna realize that rap is a cultural force that hurts the race, neither uplifts nor celebrates it..the race should be shamming most rappers...

how come when black people tell a story they some times say, "Tell me why.....", When they are the one telling you?

EX:
The other day he told me to leave the bucket empty, tell me why I see him the next day he is filling it....

Your telling me the story, so i have no idea why.
