Iowa is 9-1 going over this total last 10 first halves. Only loss was scoring 31 @ Nebraska. Lowest number other than that one was 37. They have averaged 39.7 ppg in this span.
Wiscy can try to slow down the game and play it at there pace, but name me one team who has been able to do that at Carver Arena? The only team to hold Iowa under this total at home was DePaul 2nd game of the season.
Wiscy is without Kobe King, their second leading scorer who plays guard. If Wiscy wants to try and pass the ball around for the entire shot clock with out him in there, good luck to them. I think they'll panic and put the ball up a lot earlier than Gard wants them to. In turn giving Iowa plenty of possessions.
Iowa in their last 3 games has been lights out from the arc at 44.4%, and Wiscy isn't good at guarding the tre. Iowa is also shooting FT's at 83% last 3. Even though Wiscy does play clean defense down low in the post with 6-11 center Nate Reuvers, I think Iowa's offense will go through Luke Garza where his opportunities to dish the ball to open players will be plenty.
Good Luck

0-7 from the arc, 4:30 left, toast. I suck at predicting regression. Should have just stayed away as Wiscy went big without King in the lineup. They usually play G,G,G,F,C
