WTF is up with covers

Am I the only one that keeps getting these annoying pop ups about malware and flash player needs updating and so on and so forth. FUC$%ING  really getting old, I already quarantined  and removed 3 files in the past week or 2 And this is the only site that this occurs on. I run bit defender and CLAMXV for my false sense of security but its getting old.Just wondering if anyone else is experienceing the same thing.

Yup.......worst site in this industry. The tech guys for this site should be embarrassed how poorly it runs. Glitches, pop ups, lagging, etc etc. Absolutely horrible. Freezes up on a daily basis......complete joke

I had the same problems.....someone suggested in here to download AD BLOCK.

Fixed everything!!  No longer runs slow or that stupid clay pottery wheel video I used to see all the time.

Glad to know I don't have a shitty computer! lol this site is AWFUL with the lagging and all the other crap, which sucks cause it's an awesome site for info!

Get Norton. No problems. On iPhone clear the cache previous history when it starts popping up.

Oh wait they didn't have ADBlock?...guys get ready for the best thing ever invented. I even donated the $5 to the guy because it's the only no credit card number or take this survey or sit at this time share seminar or here take my demo CD 100% awesome and free thing in this world.

Yeh,    I can go to any site on earth with zero probs  but Covers is HORRIBLE.

used to have the same problems with  pop up ads, lock ups and slow running. switched from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox with Adblock Plus and solved almost all the problems. Covers-Team actually recommended Firefox because Explorer really is NOT that comparable with the site.

BOTH Mozilla Firefox and Adblock Plus are FREE downloads. save yourself aggravation

I GOT SHUT DOWN TWICE THIS WEEK. WHATEVER YOU DON'T CALL THE NUMBER ON SCREEN REBOOTED BOTH TIMES AND THANKFULLY STOPPED THIS garbage. ITS COMING FROM CERTAIN GUYS POSTS IT LOOKS LIKE. HAVE TREND MICRO THAT STOPS SOME BUT THE POP UPS GET THROUGH SOMETIME. HEY COVERS GET WITH IT!!!!!!!!!

Covers sucks! It will fukk up your computer by putting spyware on your computer to steal your bank and sportbook accounts.

Try sbrforum or rxforum.  These are the top 2.  You will have fun there.

use Firefox and as an add on use AB + (ad blocker plus)

The first time in 6 years I've ever had any issues with my MAC OS which is virtually bullet proof, and I've gone to millions of site.....tells us all the severity ofthis malware issue with covers. Totally unacceptable and people should be FIRED over  this.

Oh, well where does covers rank among the forum circles? I feel like i know a few people already not getting blasted and/or trolled but yeah some of the functionalities are a little frustrating considering the forum's objectives.

I use MAC myself which is why I'm annoyed, but as far as firing someone, I think a "Why I ought to" backhand would be more suitable.

Also, running some sort of security program such as Norton or an Adblocker can be helpful with the pop-ups and slow loading times you might be experiencing. I use Chrome and have the same problem everyone decribed in the thread. Chrome is as compatible as you think. Definitely a problem is your site can be hacked into this easily.

I have had VERY few problems with the Covers.com site since you advised me to go to Mozilla Firefox with an Adblock Plus add on.  SOME "slow running" from time to time but NO annoying pop-ups or other crap

funguyy, I have heard others complain about Chrome too usually IF they are NOT using Adblock Plus. just google the name and download for Chrome
