France lost each game by at least three goals, and it needed to score on three of 12 shots against Czechia — an unsustainable clip — to even keep it within three.
The French don’t have enough skill to keep pace with an offense led by stars Leon Draisaitl, Tim Stutzle, and Moritz Seider.
With Philipp Grubauer capable of slamming the door shut on France’s few opportunities, Germany should have little difficulty pulling away.
