The Houston Texans head to Foxborough on Sunday as they look to upset the dominant New England Patriots.

My Texans vs. Patriots predictions target Hunter Henry to find the end zone for the hosts. As for Houston, Jayden Higgins has a real chance at making his presence felt in the red zone.

Texans anytime touchdown pick

Jayden Higgins (+340 at FanDuel)

The Houston Texans drafted Jayden Higgins in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft, and he’s proceeded to emerge as one of their top targets for quarterback CJ Stroud.

The rookie had 41 receptions for 525 yards and six TDs in the regular season. He was second in the wide receiver room in touchdowns behind only Nico Collins.

Higgins has found the end zone in two of his last three games, notching scores in Week 17 and 18 prior to the playoffs starting.

Against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card Round, Higgins only reeled in four catches for 39 yards, but it’s important to note that Collins is ruled out Sunday due to a concussion.

Collins is by far the main man for Stroud, which means others need to step up in his absence.

Higgins will be one of those players, and I expect him to be incredibly busy. That definitely will increase his chances of scoring a touchdown.

Patriots anytime touchdown pick

Hunter Henry (+190 at FanDuel)

The New England Patriots have truly been firing on all cylinders this season, and Hunter Henry has played an important part in their success. The tight end is second on the team in receptions behind only Stefon Diggs, registering 60 catches for 768 and a team-leading seven touchdowns.

Henry has touched paydirt in three of his last four appearances, and he scored a TD in the Wild Card Round victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. Four of his seven touchdowns have come at Gillette Stadium, and you could count the playoff score as well, which makes it five.

Henry is a consistent weapon for Drake Maye, and I have no doubt he’ll be very involved on Sunday. He’s also a dependable target for the QB in the red zone. Another TD is extremely possible.
