Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bears vs Packers Prediction: TD Picks for Week 14

After making his season debut in Week 8, Christian Watson has elevated the Packers’ passing attack, and we expect Green Bay’s top wideout to remain a favorite target for Jordan Love when it matters most.

An NFC North showdown with massive playoff implications is set for Lambeau Field on Sunday, as the No. 1 seed Chicago Bears take on the 8-3-1 Green Bay Packers.

My Bears vs. Packers anytime touchdown picks are headlined by Christian Watson picking up where he left off in November.

Bears anytime touchdown pick

Luther Burden III (+330 at FanDuel)

Entering the week, I was already bullish on Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III finding paydirt at Lambeau. Now that news has broken that Rome Odunze will be sidelined due to a foot fracture, I'm even more confident that it's Burden’s time to shine as the Bears’ WR2 opposite DJ Moore.

Chicago’s second-round pick is extremely dangerous after the catch and capable of taking the top off a defense in a single snap. Per PFF, Burden currently ranks fifth in the NFL in yards after catch per reception (7.0), and the rookie is targeted at the 14th-highest rate among WRs against zone coverage.

The Green Bay Packers secondary plays zone at a 77.5% rate, and Chicago could also be playing from behind and facing a pass-heavy game script in the second half, with bookmakers installing Green Bay as 6.5-point favorites for Sunday’s contest.

Packers anytime touchdown pick

Christian Watson (+180 at FanDuel)

Christian Watson was targeted a team-high 10 times in the Packers’ Thanksgiving win over Detroit, catching four passes for 80 yards, including a 51-yard touchdown.

Watson now has three touchdowns over his last three games and has led the team in targets in Green Bay's last two contests.

Jordan Love boasts the best PFF passing grade in football over the last three weeks, and his favorite deep threat should be targeted frequently against a Bears defense that employs man coverage at the eighth-highest rate in the NFL and sits dead-last in explosive play rate allowed.
