Sunday Night Football serves us up a revenge game for Aaron Rodgers as the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback faces the team where he made his name, the Green Bay Packers. SNF is all about the Green Bay legend, and this is our hunt to find the best Aaron Rodgers odds to bet on.

I’ve taken a long look at NFL player props to find the very best ways for you to bet on the Steelers quarterback on Sunday Night Football.

Aaron Rodgers prop pick

Aaron Rodgers best bet: Over 219.5 passing yards (-114 at FanDuel)

Nobody in the NFL does revenge games like Aaron Rodgers, a player who seems to find something extra in his game when he’s playing someone who he views as having wronged him.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback welcomes the Green Bay Packers to town this week, the team where he spent 18 seasons. Together, they won Super Bowl XLV, while Rodgers won personal honors with four MVP awards between 2011 and 2021. The team replaced him with Jordan Love in 2021.

Rodgers’ line for this game stands at 219.5 passing yards. That’s marginally above the 211.7 yards that Rodgers has thrown per game this season. It’s also above the 212 passing yards the Packers have allowed on average this season.

Despite that, there are two reasons to think we'll see a big game from Rodgers. Firstly, this Packers defense has been rock solid against the run, allowing just 76.5 yards per game on the ground, the second-fewest in the NFL.

With this Steelers offense having the eighth-worst run game, per average rushing yards per game, they’ll need to rely on Aaron's arm. Then there’s Rodgers, a player who elevates himself when he has a chance to prove doubters wrong, and there were definitely people who doubted Rodgers at the end of his Green Bay tenure.

An angry Rodgers torched the Jets for 244 yards and four touchdowns in Week 1, and he’s found some rhythm in the past two weeks, throwing for 235 and 249 yards, respectively. Rodgers has cashed the Over on his passing yard total in three of six games this season, and the Steelers will need a fired-up Rodgers this Sunday.

In addition to the best bet, we’re backing Aaron Rodgers to go Over 1.5 passing touchdowns. He’s hit that mark in four of six games this season and is fresh off a four-touchdown performance against the Bengals.

The final leg of this SGP sees us backing Steelers tight end Darnell Washington to find the endzone. He’s only scored once this season, but there’s a strong chance of positive regression. He’s tied for the most red-zone targets alongside DK Metcalf on this team.
