The Golden State Warriors snapped a three-game losing streak just in time to host the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night at Chase Center.

Coming off their second-highest offensive output of the year, my Rockets vs. Warriors predictions have the home side covering the spread as small favorites.

Find out why in my NBA picks for November 26.

Rockets vs Warriors prediction

Rockets vs Warriors best bet: Warriors -2.5 (-110)

If you look at the recent results of these two sides, there's no denying that the Houston Rockets are the team in better form. They've won six of their last seven games, with the lone loss coming to the Denver Nuggets by three points.

However, this is a tough spot for the Rockets to pick up a win.

The Golden State Warriors are a fantastic home side, winning six of seven games in front of their home crowd. They just snapped a three-game losing skid in a fashion in which they can build off, with four players hitting double digits while dishing out 34 dimes as a team.

That "team" mentality will serve them well here against a Rockets side that lacks enough depth to keep pace here sans Kevin Durant,

With Steph Curry turning back the clock — three 30+ point games in a row — and guys like Jimmy Butler, Buddy Hield, and Moses Moody stepping up to help the cause, the Warriors' depth should do enough to fend off the Rockets at home.

The Rockets are playing their third road game over a four-game stretch, which isn't supposed to mean much. But in the NBA, there are certain spots where teams may decide to call it quits early.

I'm not suggesting the Rockets would, but the line is a pretty strong indication of which side you should be on.

Rockets vs Warriors same-game parlay

The Warriors are in a good spot to come away with the win here, and if they do, it'll be on the heels of a Steph Curry shooting performance.

He's been on a mission of late, going Over 26.5 points in each of his last three games and in five of his last six. The Rockets don't have any elite on-ball defenders who can stop Curry.

As for Alperen Sengun, he's the focal point on Houston's offense, and everything runs to him. Plenty of touches means plenty of potential assists, and he's gone Over this mark in eight of his last 12 games.

Rockets vs Warriors SGP

  • Warriors -2.5
  • Stephen Curry Over 26.5 points
  • Alperen Sengun Over 6.5 assists

Our "from downtown" SGP: Literally, downtown

If Curry is pushing the 30-point mark, he's going to need to have a big day from deep. He's gone Over this number in three straight and in four of the last five.

Hield has seen steady minutes and has his four threes in two of his last three games. Moody is another player who gets extended run and isn't afraid to let it fly, putting up 23 three-point attempts across his last three games. And Smith is a 40% shooter from deep and has gone Over this mark in three of his last five.

Rockets vs Warriors SGP

  • Steph Curry Over 5.5 threes
  • Buddy Hield Over 1.5 threes
  • Moses Moody Over 2.5 threes
  • Jabari Smith Over 2.5 threes

Rockets vs Warriors odds

  • Spread: Rockets +1 | Warriors -1
  • Moneyline: Rockets +103 | Warriors -110
  • Over/Under: Over 225.5 | Under 225.5
