The Denver Nuggets get set to play their sixth straight road game and second in as many nights when they face the Philadelphia 76ers, who are riding a three-game win streak.
Kelly Oubre Jr. and Trendon Watford are the only players currently on the Sixers’ injury report, which means the Big 3 of Tyrese Maxey, Paul George, and Joel Embiid should all be available.
The Nuggets will have Christian Braun and Aaron Gordon available, but Nikola Jokic, Jonas Valanciunas, and Cam Johnson will all be sidelined.
The loss of Jokic is immeasurable, as he ranks in the Top 5 in the Association in scoring, rebounding, and assists. Without Valanciunas backing him up, Denver’s frontcourt is highly vulnerable.
Philadelphia has the edge here thanks to homecourt, rest, and player health, so I’m backing the Sixers to win and cover for a fourth straight outing.

The Nuggets have hit the Under in two of their last three without Nikola Jokic, and points may be hard to come by again tonight.
The Sixers are also 16-17 to the Under on the season, including an 8-9 mark at home. I'll back Philly's defense to limit a depleted Denver offense.
Joel Embiid is poised to take the court for a fourth straight game, and he's been on a roll as a scorer. He's averaged 28 points per game across his last five, hitting the Over on this scoring line four times in that span.
