For the first time since 2016, the NBA Finals are headed back to a Game 7. After staving off elimination with a monster effort in Game 6, can the Indiana Pacers muster one more win and emerge victorious at Paycom Center, or will the Oklahoma City Thunder finish the job in front of the home crowd?
My Thunder vs Pacers props and NBA picks for Sunday, June 22, focus on combo props for a pair of Pacers and an advantageous points line for an Oklahoma City role player.

Pacers vs Thunder player props for June 22
T.J. McConnell Over 17.5 points+rebounds+assists (-115 at bet365)
T.J. McConnell has become somewhat of a folk hero in Indiana, and his scrappy play on both ends of the court had Gainbridge Fieldhouse chanting his name during the Indiana Pacers’ Game 6 blowout victory.
McConnell has averaged 16.4 PRA in the playoffs as a whole, but he’s come alive in the Finals, posting 11.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 4.5 assists — good for 19 PRA.
In six games against the Thunder, he’s hit the Over on this line thrice, including each of the last two, going for 26 in Game 5 and 27 in Game 6.
McConnell’s last two games have been arguably his best of the playoffs, and he’s found a way to deliver for Indiana while a calf injury has hampered Tyrese Haliburton.
Expect McConnell to continue scrapping for every loose ball, boxing out much larger defenders, and pulling up for lethal middies.
Alex Caruso Over 9.5 points (+105 at bet365)
The only member of the Oklahoma City Thunder's young and budding dynasty with a championship ring, Alex Caruso has played a key role off the bench as a leader and tone-setter on both ends of the floor.
Caruso’s scoring line opened at 8.5 for -130 odds, but it quickly rose a point to +105. He’s averaged 9.2 points in the playoffs, going for 9.8 on 47.1% shooting at home compared to 8.4 points on 43.1% shooting away from OKC.
Caruso has appeared in all 22 playoff games for his team, though he played 12 or fewer minutes in the team’s three blowouts in the Western Conference playoffs.
In the 19 games he played with his usual allotment of minutes, Caruso finished with at least 10 points 11 times and at least nine points 13 times. At home, he went for double-digit points in six of 12 outings and scored nine or more in eight of them.
In Games 1-4, Caruso averaged 14.8 points on 54.5% shooting. However, in Games 5-6, he's totaled only two points while shooting 1-for-10 from the floor.
He’s set for a bounceback, and I expect him to be at his best for Sunday’s winner-take-all matchup.
Pascal Siakam Over 31.5 points+rebounds+assists (-120 at bet365)
Through 22 postseason appearances, Pascal Siakam has averaged 20.7 points, 6.5 boards, and 3.5 dimes, posting 30.6 PRA at home and 30.7 on the road. He’s hit the Over on this combo line in 11 of 22 games and five of 11 away from home.
Siakam’s production has improved in the Finals, averaging 19.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, and four assists, for a PRA of 32.1. He leads the Pacers in points and rebounds and ranks third in assists through six games of the Finals.
Siakam has hit the Over on this line four times in six games against OKC, going for 31 PRA in one more appearance.
