I’ve dug through the Shohei Ohtani odds to find the best way to wager on the Dodgers' superstar in Game 1.

Shohei Ohtani best bet: Anytime home run (+230 at BetMGM)
Ohtani hasn’t swung it particularly well in the 2025 postseason, hitting just .220 across 41 at bats. But, if there’s one thing he is doing, it’s hitting bombs. The two-way superstar has gone deep five times in these playoffs after cracking 55 regular-season dingers.
Ohtani played hero in Game 4 of the NLCS against the Milwaukee Brewers as the Dodgers completed the sweep. He left the yard three times and also tossed six scoreless innings on the mound.
The Jays have yet to announce who will start Game 1 of the World Series, but Ohtani has six career homers against their pitching staff.

If Ohtani is going to have a banner night at the dish, the chances are he’s driving guys in. He has nine RBI in the playoffs, and two against the Blue Jays this year.
The Dodgers have been a dominant force in these playoffs, losing just one game. Blake Snell is on the hill in Game 1, and he's posted a 0.86 ERA in the playoffs. The Blue Jays are also hitting just .227 against Snell across 66 ABs.
