HR Prop #1: Sal Frelick
We start today’s picks with a lesser-known name in the big leagues. Sal Frelick has 12 homers this season for the Milwaukee Brewers while batting .291. He’s been a consistent contributor in the Brew Crew lineup, and he’s found his power stroke lately.
Frelick has gone deep twice in his last five games, and he's 3-for-7 vs. San Diego Padres SP Dylan Cease. Although he hasn’t taken Cease deep, the righty had had his issues with the long ball, giving up 21 in 163 innings appearances in 2025.
All 12 of Frelick’s round-trippers are off right-handed hurlers as well.
HR Prop #2: Cal Raleigh
No surprise here. Cal Raleigh is the home run king and looks like he may capture the American League MVP. The slugger leads the majors with 58 bombs, and he may just reach 60 before the regular season concludes.
The Seattle Mariners host the Colorado Rockies tonight, and Tanner Gordon takes the hill. Like most Rockies pitchers, he’s had a brutal campaign, compiling a 6.00 ERA while allowing 13 home runs in 14 starts. Raleigh has never faced him, but he whacks against lefties and righties.
Plus, Raleigh has left the yard twice in his last three contests, and he always performs well at T-Mobile Park.
HR Prop #3: Francisco Lindor
We finish up our MLB picks with Francisco Lindor, who is batting .268 with 29 home runs and 83 RBI. I’m eyeing the shortstop to reach the No. 30 mark this evening against a familiar foe.
The New York Mets take on the Chicago Cubs, and Matthew Boyd gets the ball for the hosts. Lindor is 13-for-36 lifetime against him with a pair of round-trippers. Although he’s only smacked six bombs off left-handed pitchers, it’s hard to ignore the impressive track record. It's also worth noting that despite an impressive start to the season, Boyd has a 4.74 ERA in 62 2/3 second-half innings, which includes eight homers.
Lindor is hitting .270 in September, and that includes three home runs. He’s already left the yard three times this season versus the Cubbies while batting .444. That’s across just 18 at-bats.
