Hard Rock Bet Casino has announced the launch of the online slot game, Whitney Houston, developed by IGT’s gaming studio, IGT PlayDigital. The game will be available to New Jersey players on Hard Rock’s online casino platform, bringing the group’s New Jersey casino offerings up to over 3,200 titles.

Hard Rock becomes partner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

In other related Hard Rock Bet news, the sportsbook operator announced that it had become the official sports betting partner of the NFL franchise, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, last week.

Hard Rock Bet pays back $1.8 million after live trivia error

In addition to launching new slots and becoming an official partner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Jersey players were also in for a surprise when Hard Rock awarded 353 people $5,000 each instead of a share of a $5,000 live trivia prize pool.

Despite the error, Hard Rock allowed each player to keep the $5,000 instead of returning it, leading to a costly total $1.8 million prize. In response to the mistake, Hard Rock Bet’s executive managing director and president, Matt Primeaux, said that the operator will always put the customer first.
