Caesars Entertainment has unveiled a branded live dealer studio in Michigan, developed through a partnership with Evolution. The new studio will offer games to Michigan online casino players through Caesars Palace Online, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, and Horseshoe Online Casino.
Key Takeaways
- Caesars Entertainment has launched a live dealer studio in Michigan.
- The new studio offers custom-designed blackjack, roulette, and baccarat tables, as well as VIP options.
- The move continues Caesars' strategy of bringing branded live dealer experiences, following the launch of live dealer studios in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The live casino will offer five blackjack tables, including a VIP high-limit option, and roulette and baccarat tables with custom designs. Some games may feature sports-themed designs from Caesars-partnered sports teams, such as the NFL’s Detroit Lions.
“Our third live dealer studio expands our fully customized live dealer experience that is already extremely popular in Pennsylvania and New Jersey into another key jurisdiction where our online casino platforms are live," said Matthew Sunderland, Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Digital. "The studio design takes inspiration from our flagship destination, Caesars Palace, to authentically recreate the atmosphere of Las Vegas for online players. We look forward to our Michigan players enjoying the new experience."
Caesars continues branded live dealer expansion
This is the third live dealer studio Caesars has launched in the US. The first was a studio in Pennsylvania launched in January, offering systems and games similar to those now available in Michigan.
In April, Caesars followed that up with a live dealer studio built into its Tropicana Atlantic City Casino. That game system allowed online players to enjoy games being played on a real casino floor. In addition, New Jersey online casino customers can also use Caesars Remote Reels, online slot games that simulate the spinning of real slot machines at Tropicana Atlantic City.
Introducing the new live dealer studio in Michigan appears to be part of Caesars’ plan to integrate its online and casino floor experiences.
BetMGM launches Hybrid Dealer Roulette 4-Ball Extra Bet
While Caesars increases its live dealer studio network, competitors are also launching hybrid gaming experiences. Inspired Entertainment and BetMGM launched Hybrid Dealer Roulette 4-Ball Extra Bet under a three-month exclusive deal in June 2025.
With the help of pre-recorded hosts and computer-generated imagery, hybrid dealer technology mimics the environment and feel of live dealer games without the usual production difficulties. A unique twist has been added: the 4-Ball extra bet, in which players can put additional balls on an inner wheel for side bets with payouts up to 500/1.
“Partnering with Inspired to introduce Hybrid Dealer Roulette 4-Ball Extra Bet marks an important milestone for us in delivering innovative gaming experiences to our players. This game’s immersive visuals and unique betting features will undoubtedly enhance our online casino offering and set a new standard for digital roulette," commented Oliver Bartlett, VP of Gaming, BetMGM.
